Soul Forward Method

I was struggling with anxiety and depression and needed to find a way to captain my own ship while in a big storm. Soul Forward Method helped me grasp the relationship between my soul and my human self which allowed me to create a way forward in my personal and professional growth and success. I’ve learned to evaluate situations with a perspective I didn’t have before. I’ve learned so much about myself that I have spent years trying to understand and heal in therapy. I wish this were more cohesive, but how do you describe when your life has been altered forever? Before Soul Forward Method, everything I had known was changing, and I felt like I was taking giant steps backward in life. I felt lost and without much direction or hope for where I was at. I truly feel like a different person because of this program. I have stopped carrying the burdens that are not mine to carry. I love myself and those around me more freely. I feel that there are big changes coming and I want them. I want to live the fullest life that I can possibly live for however much longer I have to live (hopefully it's quite some time!) but the more I let go of things the more I want to let go and just be in flow, and just be, and let my soul go forward.

I feel my worth, I feel my value, it’s like I'm standing outside of myself seeing myself do things differently and feel things differently and I’m just loving it. I’m living more in my North Node and speaking my truth.

I think of you and all of the things that I know I have learned through the work that I've done with you and that I have been able to access this part of myself and embody something that feels so fearless and authentic and wonderful and you're such a catalyst for that.

I loved The Journey. Heidi takes you to where you want to go, and I believe where you are meant to go, and you’re able to go into your subconscious mind and truly, deeply, completely heal at a mind, body, and soul level.

By doing the work in hypnosis, I can FEEL some of the emotions neutralizing. I'm no longer as triggered, and more aware when I am.

I’ve done a ton of traditional counseling as well as a lot of self-studying with books, podcasts, and journaling. This was different because while I am conscious of the problems and a lot of the “whys” from my childhood and life, I was able to connect with my inner child and heal in a different frequency.

Through the past six years of my deep healing work, this has been the most profound and will forever remain in the seat of my soul as a human experience that embodies the highest part of me, which I am now able to see.

This powerful work has weaved into my life in so many facets, and it's changed the way I live. I discovered who I really was underneath the narrative I'd told myself that I believed to be true. I saw myself without conditions.

I'm now able to see my core wounds without shame. I can immediately witness when I have become dysregulated in my emotions and can shift my thoughts or perceptions in order to take agency over all my emotions without blaming others. I'm able to see myself in a new way and live my life attuned to my energy, my emotions, and my thoughts, and how to shift these states of being into a much higher perspective.

I think what was most powerful for me in this journey was that I was able to switch the narrative. I was able to reframe the story of who I thought I was. I have a new frame of reference on how now I can navigate my life. I can take a step back and look at myself, and the younger version of myself, and all that I experienced - and from this place, I can see that literally the blindfold has been taken off.

I'm able to release what's not meant for me by clearing out subconscious beliefs and completely changing the narrative of my story. I'm able to shift and change my behavior in the moment of noticing the old behavior patterns that used to override my thoughts.

I LOVE Heidi's work. She is a sage, and I'm so grateful to have her as a beloved teacher and friend. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't mention her work, as it is profound. She has shown me that I have the ability to reclaim every part of myself so that I can live the beautiful life that was intended for me all along.

I would highly recommend The Gathering! Before I joined it I had low self-esteem and self-worth and was horrible with my spending habits because I just keep trying to fill the void inside that I wasn’t good enough. I’m a chronic course taker and didn’t know how to step into my worth.

Because of The Gathering I now love myself completely. I haven’t loved myself this much and haven’t had this much compassion for myself before. I see and own my worth. It’s powerful stuff.

I can’t believe the change inside me. I still have a lot more work to do but I finally got to the root issues of what was holding me down and back from my full worth.

I realized the stories and messages I was given - that I was told to play a victim as a child, that I was broken and not good enough - were taught to me by my mother. It was her story, not mine. This made me recognize that these incidents had really shaped my perception of my current life. It was a total eye-opener.

It’s a no-brainer how powerful this work is and I would do it again and again just to be in this community setting and have Heidi as my guide.

The passion that comes from her and the fact that she is performing life-changing work is mind-blowing.
