Diamonds and the Rough
A 7-Day Challenge to Grab What You Left in That Relationship
It may have ended.
But what it was meant to reveal, awaken, and teach you is still available.
No matter who left, who did what, or how it ended, you may have left some precious gemstones behind. They're waiting to be collected by you.
And until you do, the next relationship will pick up right where this one left off (and you might not recognize that you're in the same limiting dynamics, because they're disguised).
This is your invitation to go back. Not to the relationship, or to the person, but to yourself.
Collect the diamonds you left behind.
THE MIRROR
The relationship was a mirror.
Some relationships feel like walking into a home we've longed for our whole life, until it ends and we find ourselves picking up the pieces of a life we loved. Others feel like exhausting work from the beginning. Some expose the places where we abandoned ourselves. Some show us the beliefs, patterns, longings, and wounds we could not yet see.
And when it ends, it's natural to want to leave all of it behind: the memories, grief, confusion, the parts you can't believe you lived through.
But there's wisdom in the remnants.
There's a version of you that relationship was trying to call forward.
And if you're willing to look, you can find what was always meant to be yours, without needing another conversation, apology, explanation, or ounce of closure from the other person.
The answers, as they always say, are within you.
WHAT THIS IS
Diamonds and the Rough is a seven-day guided experience to help you uncover the insight, self-trust, healing, and deeper truth that your relationship was trying to offer you.
Not so you can rewrite the past, but so you can stop repeating it.
Over seven days, you'll return to one relationship differently.
01
EACH DAY, YOU'LL RECEIVE:
A Short Teaching
02
A short teaching from me unpacking the relational dynamics and hidden wisdom.
Daily Guided Audio
03
A daily guided audio to help you access your higher mind and deeper knowing.
Purposeful Action Step
One purposeful action to help you uncover what has been hidden in plain sight.
This isn't about consciously overanalyzing the relationship or making the other person the villain.
It isn't about forcing yourself to "move on."
It's about looking at the dance you are no longer dancing and asking yourself how you knew those steps in the first place.
It's about finding out what this relationship was there to teach you about your value, worth, desires, patterns, and who you were meant to be through understanding them.
By the end of the week, you won't just view the relationship differently. You’ll have collected something priceless from it.
YOU WANT TO BE HERE IF…
A relationship ended (recently or years ago), and some part of it still feels unfinished.
You've processed it, talked about it, journaled about it, and still feel like there is something you have not fully understood (and you can feel it in your body).
You don't want to recreate the same dynamic in your future.
You're already in a new relationship and noticing familiar patterns you thought you left in that last relationship.
You're ready to stop making the ending mean something about your worthiness.
You're willing to see what this relationship had to give you, because yes, it had something brilliant inside of it for you.
You don't need the other person to participate. You don't need their apology. You don't need their version of the story.
Everything is already within you. You just need a way to find it.
BY THE END OF THE WEEK, YOU'LL HAVE…
A clearer understanding of what the relationship was truly reflecting back to you
Language for the subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, nervous-system responses, and relational dynamics that may have been operating beneath the surface
A deeper awareness of why you were in that relationship, and what you were meant to walk away from it with
More self-trust around what you desire, what you'll no longer tolerate, and where you'll no longer self-abandon in relationships
The diamonds: the wisdom, evolution, and expansion from the classroom that was your relationship
Because the goal isn't just to understand what happened, it's to become someone who no longer repeats the lesson.
THE DETAILS
The diamonds were always there.
This week, you go find them.
