My ask gets easier because I'm asking harder. Not in volume or with harsh words, but because I'm asking from the higher part of myself, who knows more than the humans. Losing a relationship I love is nothing compared to losing my relationship with my soul.

You're too important. What you've missed in all the work you've done is too important. We're here because we've chosen to be here at a pivotal moment in the history of the world. You play a bigger role than you are in all of it.

If you only travel in the circles of your comfort and habit, you will stay in the same frequency. You keep walking up and down in the same stretch of elevation instead of up, up, up. Where are you being shaped? And where are you shaping?

I was programmed to believe I was a burden and not worth sticking around for. This is what we have come here for, but not to remain limited by it. To heal it and move into the great beyond. Can you imagine not being triggered?

Where you feel resistance to this being true is where you haven't understood the assignment. Every person in your life is giving you exactly what you need them to give you. Your job is to get the wisdom from it and heal it out of the way.

Something magical happens when you do deep inner work and tell no one. Your external world will reflect back the changes you're making within, because it has to. And it's kind of especially magical when the person doing the reflecting has no idea you're doing deep work.

We don't know we're fighting for our limitations. It's such a human, subconscious act that unless something or someone wakes us up, we're just in a dream state, fighting for things that are keeping us from everything we actually want.

Awareness of your internally-patterned ways of wanting to control how someone does something is just awareness. My work goes into why you're patterned that way in the first place. Letting them doesn't fix things. It manages the symptoms of a deeper program.

For the first time in a long time, I felt genuinely excited about what I have out in the world. It feels like rocket fuel. I've always known what I'm here to do, but good grief did I lose my way believing someone else's way was better than mine.

What trumped the way I would have wanted it to go was the desire behind the reason for the event, which came from my soul, not my aesthetically-driven human. You don't need to become a fan of me. You need to become a fan of your soul.

I exited another matrix. The space that has been cleared is vast. You can keep watching, or you can become the one people are watching because you're so awake and alive and deeply in love with yourself, your soul, and your story.

Are you a life-on-repeater? You're patterned to do life a particular way. If you want to change how you experience life, you have to change the patterns. Why not make this the year you learn how to, and change the course of your life forever as a result?

I am the chosen one. What a gift. What a responsibility. How I heal it has everything to do with how I navigate getting this healing modality to the world. And it will change the lives of my children and grandchildren because I healed this.

When I kept this limiting pattern in place, it felt like being inside a glass coffin. I'm here, you can see me, but I'm limiting the reach of my impact. When I imagined having healed it, there was no coffin. My energy wasn't contained.

My human was playing chicken with my soul. I was saying, I'll only go all in on this if you let me keep my relationship too. When I swapped priority positions, everything shifted. The relationship got stronger, not weaker.

The past isn't separate from you. You carry it with you, always. The experiences where we still hold something against ourselves are dense energetically, and they aren't separate from us just because we're not thinking about them.

When I found this core belief and healed it, I was able to see how it shaped me literally to my core. It created my attachment style, parts of my personality, and how I navigated through life. Healing this set me free.
