Embody the
Expansion

You know that feeling when you can sense your next level of expansion, but something within you keeps pulling you back?

One part of you says, “YES! Let’s do this!”
And another part says, “But will we really?”

Here’s what’s happening.

Your soul is comfortable leaning into expansion because it’s the part of you that knows what’s next for you. It’s the part of you that hangs the star in the sky that you keep wanting to move towards. But your subconscious, nervous system, and energy aren’t always quite as enthusiastic about the stretchiness required to get there.

Your soul leans forward. Your subconscious and nervous system lean back into what’s known.

And that’s where we can find ourselves sabotaging, hesitating, or driving around the same roundabout waiting for someone to give us permission to exit.

(Spoiler: We’re the ones who need to take the exit.)

Embody the Expansion is a guided hypnosis experience designed to bring your subconscious beliefs, nervous system, and energy into greater alignment with the expansion your soul is calling you toward.

In this experience, we’ll explore what your expanded reality feels like, strengthen supportive subconscious beliefs, and begin familiarizing your nervous system with having and being more.

Because expansion isn’t just about taking the next step.
It’s about expanding your capacity to comfortably live in the reality you’re creating.

And when more of you is on board with where you’re going, moving forward can feel a whole lot easier.
