The Bullet Points of Life (Lately)
I'm gonna keep it brief this week because, whoa, there's been a lot to navigate through. Life kept on life-ing.
Let's go with the biggest things.
Enormously exciting news: I've officially opened up access to Soul Forward Method to the men. So many women have come through this program and wished there was a way to get their husbands, partners, brothers, friends, and clients into it because they know first-hand how powerful it is to heal this way. But I'd only had a very feminine virtual path leading to it. I've known that this modality is for everyone since it came through me, but I was almost solely devoted to the women for years. I finally realized how I could offer it to everyone, and now I have a way for the men to come in, too. They've got their own call with me on Thursdays and their very own virtual doorway in. Feel free to send it to the men in your life if someone comes to mind.
Yesterday, my brother and I finally took my dad to tour some "graceful retirement living" options, as he's getting to a point in life where he needs to be around more people and have some additional support. We've put this off for over a year, and I realized part of that was my own subconscious delaying it because of some stories that were mine, not his. What a gift it is when we can see the places where our unhealed stuff is quietly shaping our decisions. Seeing it is the beginning of healing it.
And lastly, a couple of months ago, a new friend handed me a sample of shampoo and conditioner. It took one wash for me to wonder, what magic is this? And also, this has to be full of toxic crap to work like this. I was happily very extremely wrong. It's plant-based, clinical-grade, third-party tested, small batch produced, and it works. I'm literally stopped by women (and men) in the street because of how amazing and healthy my hair looks.
I'm about to enter my Brigitte Bardot hair era (except it's healthy af and not filled with L'Oréal Elnett hairspray that might go up in flames if I get too close to my beeswax candle).
That's what I've got for this week, a little bit of this, a little bit of that, all things I love. I hope you're excited about life from the top of your head to the depths of your soul.
