I had never experienced hypnosis before and I was truly curious if it would be the “key” I’ve been missing in my journey. I had no idea what to expect and was a little skeptical at first. Heidi explained everything to me in detail (I like a lot of information) and did a beautiful job making me feel safe and secure in the magic that was about to happen. The first session didn’t feel like much, but each session after was more powerful, had more depth, and I was starting to really notice small shifts in my thinking. I uncovered things that I had never uncovered in therapy, or in coaching. The hypnosis was the glue that put all the pieces together. 

The real magic appeared after I completed my time with Heidi. The recognitions and the personalized audio that she created helped me continue on my journey and...things began to shift in my life. I ended up with TWO job offers in the same week, and not just ANY job, but a coaching job (which is what I truly wanted) that would bring me exactly what I had asked for during my time with Heidi-- consistent income. 

Since my time with Heidi, I still do my recognitions and listen to her voice in the personalized audio (she has such a soothing voice). It helps me stay on track and trust in my inner knowing. I 100% believe that this work will continue to help me move towards the life I’ve been after and the safety and security that I seek. Thank you Heidi, for everything.
