Heidi is a radiant being, inside and out. I felt so held and cared for doing hypnosis with her. I worked with her on releasing narcissistic abuse trauma. She was so insightful, thorough, kind, and supportive during our sessions and checked in with me in between. She always showed up giving 1,000% effort to me every bit of the way. She was professional and incredibly skilled at what she does. I noticed such a profound shift, not only in myself but the narcissist in my life was even behaving differently; like I wasn't a match for that kind of behavior anymore.
