Best Practices to Get the Most From The Align with Sleep Hypnosis Audio:

  • Find a safe space where you will not be disturbed and will allow you to comfortably relax for the length of time you intend to sleep.

  • Earphones/Headphones will enhance the experience and allow you to go deeper, but since it puts you to sleep, you may want to just have the device playing the audio near you and skip the headphones (though I highly recommend using them for maximum effect and just allow them to fall out after you’re asleep).

  • If you feel drawn to placing something over your eyes or wearing an eye mask, you may, but it's not necessary.

  • Your willingness to fully engage with this audio and follow my directions is what allows you to go into the state of hypnosis and then into sleep. Be willing. 

  • Never listen to this hypnosis audio while driving or doing anything where it would be unsafe to be in a deeply relaxed state.
