What I've created in Soul Forward Method is the holy grail for people who want to be free of what they carry but don't want to divulge the pain or shadowy parts of themselves. Your healer is your soul, not someone with a wall of certifications.

I want us to recognize the pace of our lives and honor that we are the authority to set it. We need to be building white space into our lives as if they're marble pillars. We need to have our own backs here.

Your matrix is created in your subconscious. It's why you perceive things the way you do. When you hack the subconscious, you hack the nervous system, the emotions, the energetic field, and the conscious mind.

I'm not here to hand out partial healing. Anything conscious-based has a minimal effect on you in the long run because you're receiving all of it within the confines of your conscious mind.

You can look at the mirror out of the corner of your eye, to only see a little bit of what you want to see. Or you stand in front of it, and you see what's going on within you so you can free yourself. No one outside of you can free you.

When I climbed into bed after everyone had left, it was quiet and still enough for me to feel the texture of the energy. And it was harmony. This wouldn't exist if I were a bitter, angry, resentful, unhealed woman, because this can't be birthed from that.

No matter who or what we're outsourcing our desires to, we have to do the work to be a match to that desire within ourselves first. It's always us first. The absolute flex is to own that you are the one who will make it come to fruition.

The situation did not own me. I owned my experience of it. This is freedom. This is another way of living entirely. And it is radically different from how I would have handled that situation before I healed the way I've healed.

I made a decision to not make a decision. And in the wake of that non-decision decision, I positioned myself to receive whatever I needed to receive in terms of direction, insights, and answers.

My antenna is getting freed up. I'm so attuned to where I'm meant to be that I'm not spending time in places I'm not meant to be. How's yours?

No one tells you what the dress code is when you're leading a revolution. Or that maybe there isn't one at all. Things get exciting and colorful when we own who we've come here to be.
